    May Monthly Recap

WOW. What a month. May felt like it lasted about 90 days rather than 31, which is crazy because it was my busiest month probably ever. It was a great month on all fronts, but I am ready for a break! That will happen next month, hopefully 😉 The first weekend of last month was a girls trip with one of my best friends. We have been talking about going to Waco for months and we decided to make it happen. We flew to Dallas and made the drive to Waco on Friday night and came home Monday morning. • May Recap What Happened in May

    April Showers Bring May Showers

Hello May, it’s June, hopefully your much less rainy younger sister. It rained for 22 out of 31 days in May and I am not exaggerating. Seriously, the rain was non-stop and pretty depressing. I normally love the rain, especially falling asleep to it hitting the roof, but now I am over it. I need summer and sunshine already! A time to focus on the positive things that happen in everyday life, and leave the negatives behind. I would love to have you join me and share everything that is going well in your life right now! Like I said, it’s been a great month. As this month comes to a close,…

  • Wait, it’s almost June?!

It’s been almost a whole week since I have posted. That is just a glimpse into how quick this month seems to be passing. Each December I look back on the year and think “wow, this year was over in the blink of an eye” but this year I feel like these first 5 months have been the fastest of my life. How is it that I will be living in my house for a year next week, I’ve been a shark (kitten) mom for a year in 3 weeks, my baby niece will be 2 in just two short months and she is already walking. Wow, time really is…
