    How To Spend A Summer Weekend In Buffalo, New York

      I may be a little behind on blog posts, but that isn’t stopping me from sharing about our summer weekend in Buffalo. Dave’s family is from Buffalo, New York, which means we get to visit a few times a year. Most of our time is spent hanging out with family that we don’t get to see often, but every now and then we are able to explore a little. The first time I visited we headed to Niagara Falls, but we decided to stay in America this time and enjoyed some local traditions. The Erie County Fair is something Dave has managed to bring up several times since we…

    Blogger Girls Trip To New York City

    Over the weekend I spent a day in New York City with some of my favorite gals- Megan, Laura and Annie. We have been talking about a girls trip literally since the first day we met in person, last September. We put this one on the calendar several months ago and started talking about what we wanted to do and see. Since we are all lucky to live only a few hours away, we have each been to the Big Apple a few times, this was nice because there weren’t many things we all had to see. We decided to make the drive instead of taking a train or a…

  • From Here to There {Brooklyn, New York}

    I’m back for another installment of from Here to There! It’s been about a month since I last posted, but I have fully been enjoying NOT traveling for an entire 30 days! As I have mentioned, June was nonstop. I was gone for all but 7 days of the month, and it took a bit to get things back together at home, only to be off again. So as I enjoy my month off, I will reflect on what was a few day stint in Brooklyn, NY. I have been to Brooklyn before and I can’t say I loved it, so I wasn’t totally thrilled to be going back for…

    From Here To There {New York, New York}

    The last 4 weeks have been a traveling whirlwind for me! It started in New York city and ended in Ocean City with my family. In between I traveled to San Antonio, Vegas and New York a second time. I am excited to finally be able to spend some time recapping some of my adventures! The first trip to New York was June 4-5 for a conference around Battery Park. I love this area of New York because it’s less congested than upper Manhattan and there is a lot to see. You can look across the river to Brooklyn, take a walk around Battery Gardens, tour the financial district, and…

    New York, New York

    Living in Baltimore puts me close to so many areas. I am less than an hour from Washington, DC, an hour and a half from Philadelphia, two hours from Ocean City, MD and Bethany Beach, DE, and relatively close to so many other places. Living in Baltimore makes adventuring around more fun when you don’t have the time for a weekend trip, but want to get away for the day. I often don’t realize how blessed I am to be Baltimore born and raised, especially because of it’s location. But my favorite place that is within driving distance is, New York City. I am about 3 and a half hours…
