Garden Baby Shower For Olivia

I’m not even sure how to explain the beautiful day that was our baby shower. I’m so incredibly thankful for all of the contributions, effort, thoughtfulness and love that went into every single detail. My mom and sister planned the perfect day and the weather couldn’t have been better. I constantly think back on some of my favorite memories- my bridal shower, bachelorette party, wedding, etc. and reminisce about being surrounded by so many friends and family and I’m so thankful. This day has absolutely joined those fond memories of our life.

We have amazing people in our lives and I know the day we spent celebrating Olivia will always be a very special memory. To know there are THAT many people excited for her arrival makes tears come to my eyes. Each person that attended is someone special in our lives and it couldn’t have been more beautiful.

The caterer from our wedding served a beautiful tea party spread, my mom and sister decorated everything perfectly, and my moms house has never looked quite as perfect! It really meant a lot for Dave to be included, and especially want to be there because he is so excited for everything that is yet to come.

After our lovely tea party, some other friends started arriving and we had a “man shower” cookout in the back yard. This was another special celebration as we go into this new phase of life with so many friends alongside us. I really don’t think any aspect of the day could have been more perfect, except taking more photos with our guests! Everything happened in the blink of an eye.
