Tips for Great Photos in Epcot
- Epcot has cute murals, beautiful ride entrances and fun themes throughout the park. Keep an eye for these as you explore!
- The BEST time to visit for photos is during the morning hours. This park usually gets busy around 10-11am, especially in the world showcase. If you rope drop, you will find most countries empty- perfect for photos.
- Check the background. Something I love about Epcot is how well-themed every area is, so even if you are in the Port Of Entry area, you can get the World Showcase behind you.
- Use the transportation options as photo details. I love a spot where I can get the monorail or skyliner in the photo.

The Best Photo Locations In Epcot
The Front of EPCOT
(between the entrance to the park and the Port of Entry to the World Showcase)
- Front right of Spaceship earth by the entrance. Most people stick to the middle when taking a photo at the park entrance. Move to the right and go down the walkway and you’ll have an awesome view.
- Exit to the aquarium. There is a ledge to the left which is a great place to get Spaceship Earth in the distance. I put my tripod on the trashcan across the walkway for this one.
- Between Connections and Port of Entry on the main walkway. Bonus- the monorail goes by here so there are opportunities with it in the background!
- Bubblegum wall! I can’t leave out this iconic wall- located under Spaceship Earth as you exit the ride. On either side you’ll find a beautiful pink and blue mural.
Around the World Showcase
- France in the nooks around the Fountain. The big draw in France is the bakery or Remy, so you’ll find great spots if you’re not looking in just those areas.
- Morocco pavilion. It looks like you’re in the middle of Morocco! Walk towards the back of Morocco and you’ll be sure to get great photos, no matter the time of day!
- In front of the shops in Italy. This area does tend to get crowded during the late afternoon, but it’s especially beautiful in the morning. I also love photos on the bridge!
- Along the lake in Germany. Even on the busiest days we have had great photo options along the fence. Another great view of Spaceship Earth!
