But most people don’t realize the Disney Springs breakfast options and only head there in the evening or for happy hour. We enjoy visiting at any time of day and always find great food, entertainment and shopping!

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’

Brunch enthusiasts, rejoice! Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ offers a Rise & Shine Southern Brunch every Saturday and Sunday. Highlights include their signature Fried Chicken & Doughnuts, Hush Puppy Benedict, and a Pimento Cheese Omelet. Wash it all down with a Moonshine Margarita or a Mimosa made with fresh-squeezed Florida orange juice.

• Famous for Southern-inspired dishes like fried chicken and cheddar drop biscuits, this brunch is a must-try.
• Brunch Times: Saturdays and Sunday brunch from 9:30 am to 1 pm. / Standard Monday through Thursday hours are 11am – 11pm, closing at 11:30pm on Fridays  

STK Orlando

STK Orlando offers a stylish, upscale brunch experience in Disney Springs, combining a chic steakhouse vibe with a lively atmosphere featuring live entertainment with a DJ during brunch service. 

• Known for its upscale vibe, this steakhouse offers brunch with dishes like cinnamon French toast and truffle steak & egg.
• Indoor and outdoor seating options are available, with the latter offering views of Disney Springs. 
• Brunch Times: Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm. / standard hours are 11am – 11pm

The Boathouse

The Boathouse at Disney Springs offers a delightful waterfront brunch and breakfast experience with a blend of classic American dishes and fresh seafood. Known for its stunning views and nautical ambiance, it’s a fantastic spot to start your day. The drinks with a duckie will be the perfect Instagram-worthy accent to your delicious meal! 

• Serves a classic breakfast menu with waterfront views.
• Guests can add a unique experience by booking an Amphicar ride—classic cars that transform into boats—for a scenic cruise after their meal.
• The Boathouse is a family-friendly venue with a kids’ menu featuring smaller portions and classic favorites like pancakes and scrambled eggs.
• While the brunch is a fun experience, this is really a great place for a drink or meal at any time throughout the day. We love the views, and you can often hear live music from the entertainment area next to the restaurant. 
• Breakfast Times: Weekend availability, but it does vary slightly so it’s helpful to look into it. As of 2025, the brunch hours start at 10am on the weekends with the restaurant opening at 11pm Monday – Friday. 

Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant

Raglan Road at Disney Springs offers a lively and authentic Irish breakfast and brunch experience. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, live entertainment, and hearty breakfast, it’s an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone craving traditional Irish flavors with a modern twist.

• The food is incredible- whether you want a full Irish breakfast, light and fluffy pancakes, or steak and eggs, you will definitely think this meal is the best part of the day. 
• Rollicking Raglan Brunch Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, typically from 9am to 3pm

City Works Eatery & Pour House

City Works is another fantastic spot for weekend brunch. Their menu features classic brunch favorites with a twist, like the Avocado Toast Benedict or the Breakfast Tacos. Their extensive beer list and creative cocktails make it easy to linger here for a relaxing start to the day.

• We enjoy the hearty options like stuffed French toast and brunch burgers.
• Brunch Times: Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm. / Monday – Friday hours are 11am until 11pm

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill

Wolfgang Puck’s weekend brunch menu combines elegance with comfort. Try the Smoked Salmon Bagel or the Shakshuka, a hearty tomato and egg dish with toasted sourdough. They also have a selection of cocktails and mocktails perfect for brunching in style. 

• Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill offers a diverse selection of brunch dishes that emphasize fresh ingredients, like salmon avocado toast, churro french toast, and waffles. 
• Consider Wolfgang Puck Express if you want the quality and fresh food served at Woflgang, without the wait. The walk up window is outside of the main entrance to the restaurant. 
• Large kids menu with options for every age! 
• Brunch Times: Weekends Only, typically available on Saturdays and Sundays, with specific hours varying seasonally. Currently for 2025:

  • Lunch: Monday – Friday 11am – 4pm
  • Dinner: Monday – Thursday 4pm – 10pm, Friday 4pm – 11pm, Saturday 3pm – 11pm, Sunday 3pm – 10pm

Summer House on the Lake

Summer House on the Lake is one of the newest additions to Disney Springs, offering a relaxed and airy dining atmosphere inspired by the breezy vibes of a California beach house. Known for its fresh, seasonal ingredients and bright flavors, this restaurant is a delightful choice for breakfast or brunch. It’s one of the best places for breakfast in Disney Springs – which you will notice because it’s a popular choice and will usually have a line, unless you have reservations! 

• Brunch menu focuses on contemporary American cuisine with a mix of sweet and savory dishes that are perfect for a leisurely morning meal.
• Seating alongside the water offers a beautiful lakeview restaurant vibe. 
• Cookie Bar: if you aren’t interested in a full breakfast but you would like a cookie and a coffee, head to the Cookie Bar. 
• Weekend Brunch: Saturdays and Sundays, typically from 9 am to 3 pm / weekdays 11 am – 11 or 11:30 pm

The Polite Pig

If you’re in the mood for something savory and hearty, i suggest heading to the Polite Pig for your own sort of brunch off of their delicious menu! Their sandwiches and smoked meats are perfect for fueling your day of exploring Disney Springs.

• A laid-back atmosphere with an industrial-chic design, including communal seating and an open kitchen. 
• Place your order at the counter, and your food will be brought to your table. Though it’s nearly always busy, so this isn’t a typical quick service option. 
• Indoor and Outdoor Dining: Enjoy your meal in the cozy interior or on the outdoor patio, perfect for people-watching at Disney Springs. The patio also has heaters in the winter and mosito fans in the summer. 
• Hours: 11am – 11pm 

Quick Service Breakfast Options 

If you are looking for a faster Disney Springs breakfast experience, these restaurants will be perfect for a quick breakfast! I’ve also included coffee shops on this list where you can pop over, grab a coffee or tea and a pastry to eat while wandering the property. 

Earl of Sandwich

A classic choice for hearty, freshly made breakfast sandwiches and wraps alongside coffee and baked goods. This quick-service spot is affordable and family-friendly. When in Disney, the best breakfast includes breakfast tater tots, and you will find them here- they are delish! If breakfast and tots aren’t your thing- they are known for the Earl’s Club. 

• Hours: 9 am – 11 pm

Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company

For a grab-and-go option, Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea Company has a variety of pastries, muffins, and, of course, top-notch coffee drinks. It’s an ideal choice if you’re on the way to your next Disney adventure.

• There is a small kiosk in front of World of Disney and a full storefront by The Boathouse. 

Gideon’s Bakehouse

While known for their cookies, Gideon’s Bakehouse serves a small selection of morning pastries, including coffee cake cookies and seasonal delights. Pair one with their Nitro Cold Brew for a sweet and caffeinated morning kick. Be prepared to wait in line for this one! Expect a unique, gothic ambiance.

• Hours: 10 am – 11 pm (Sunday – Thursday), 10 am – 11:30 pm (Friday – Saturday)

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew

Start your day with a sweet treat from Everglazed! Their artisanal donuts are as Instagram-worthy as they are delicious. Pair a classic glazed donut or one of their more decadent creations (like the Peanut Butter Explosion) with a cold brew or flavored coffee. They also offer savory options like the Breakfast Sammie—a sandwich loaded with eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage on a fluffy donut.

Starbucks (Disney Springs Marketplace & West Side)

Offers coffee and light breakfast items like pastries and breakfast sandwiches.

Vivoli il Gelato

Enjoy Italian-inspired breakfast treats like waffles and gelato-topped pastries. They also have amazing espresso if you need a caffeine kick to start your shopping day!

Another good pastry option is Amorette’s Patisserie, which opens at 11 am.

Tips for Enjoying Breakfast and Brunch at Disney Springs

• Arrive Early: Disney Springs can get busy, especially on weekends. Plan to arrive when restaurants open for a relaxed experience.
• Reservations: For brunch at spots like Homecomin’ and City Works, reservations are recommended and can be made via the Disney app or OpenTable.
• Parking: Disney Springs offers free parking, but lots fill up quickly during peak times. The Lime Garage is the closest to many breakfast locations.
• Understand The Areas: There are a few areas within Disney Springs to be aware of- The Marketplace is near World of Disney and The Lego Store, Town Center is an area with a lot of shopping like Lilly Pulitzer, Anthropopgie, etc., The Landing is the area by Paddlefish and The Boathouse over to the bridge near STK, and the West Side which is home to the “entertainment district” with Splitsville, AMC movies, House of Blues and more. 
• Special Occassions: Don’t forget to let your aiter know about any special occasion, or make note of it when making your reservations! 
• Disney Dining Plan: There are many locations within Disney Springs to use the Disney dining plan! Be sure to ask!
