Disney Mocktail Crawl – Delicious Drinks, Routes & More
As a self-certified Disney Adult, I love finding fun things to on while on Walt Disney World property outside of the parks. And this Disney Mocktail Crawl is just that!
While I am an Annual Passholder, many friends and family visit us and don’t have tickets for everyday of their visit- so we’re always taking advantage of the Disney magic that you don’t need park access for.
One of the most fun things to do is a Disney Bar Crawl, and this Disney Mocktail Crawl is a great option for everyone!
Hi there! Just a heads up- if you click on a link within this post I may receive a small commission from affiliate links. I appreciate your support of To Travel & Beyond and hope to bring you great recommendations for many years to come! See the full privacy policy here.
There are mocktails throughout the parks, but this post is going to detail all of the mocktails around the Disney World Resorts, so anyone can participate!
Disney Resorts are widespread; the furthest away is Animal Kingdom Lodge, then there are “bubbles” of resorts near each other, like those in the Monorail loop near Magic Kingdom and others near Epcot and the Skyliner.
If you opt for a Disney Mocktail Crawl, I would recommend focusing on the Skyliner resorts or the Monorail resorts, unless you are attempting to see every resort or you are staying at another resort.
Monorail Mocktail Crawl
The Monorail Resorts are some of my favorites! They are grand, beautiful, and have great options for dining. These resorts are closest to Magic Kingdom.
If you are looking for more information about the specific resorts, check out the Complete Guide to Disney Resorts!
I’m starting this crawl at Magic Kingdom, but you can also start from any of the resorts on the loop or the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC).
From Magic Kingdom > hop on the monorail towards The Contemporary Resort. You have a few options for mocktails from dining locations here.
Contemporary Resort
Outer Rim
- Pink Spritzer: Lyre’s Pink London Non-Alcoholic Spirit, Grapefruit, Soda, pomegranate Green Tea, Lime and Mint
- Agave Garden: Lyre’s Agave Reserva Spirit, Cold-pressed Lime Juice, Passionfruit-Papaya Green Rea, and Cucumber
The Sand Bar
- Lava Smoothie: This is a Pina CoLAVA without alcohol., they can make it with and without! Flavors of coconut, Pineapple, and Raspberry Puree. I love this drink! It’s the perfect frozen mocktail option while sitting by the pool.
Hop back onto the Monorail towards the Polyneisian Village Resort. There will be a stop at the TTC- make sure you stay on the Monorail and get off at the next stop, which will be the Polynesian.
Understanding Disney Transportation can be difficult; read through the Complete Guide to Disney Transportation to understand how you can get between each resort.
Polynesian Resort
Once you arrive at “the Poly” you will be dropped off at the Great Ceremonial House on the second floor. This resort is captivating, the perfect spot for a tropical mocktail with an island vibe. You could “bar crawl” around the resort and spend an entire day, so take your pick from the below if you plan to grab a drink and go.
Barefoot Pool Bar
This pool bar is connected to the Oasis Pool. Guests of the Polyneisian can order drinks from wait staff within the pool area, or from the bar directly, while guests simply exploring the resort can walk up to the side of the bar, which is outside of the pool area.
The same mocktail options are also available at the Oasis Pool Bar.
- Lychee-Ginger Lemonade: Lyre’s Pink London Non-Alcoholic Spirit, Lychee Syrup, Lemonade, and Lemon Juice, with Ginger Beer
- Island Hideaway: Orange Juice, Lime Juice, South Seas Blend, and Pineapple Juice
- Lava Smoothie: Raspberry Purée blended with flavors of Coconut and Pineapple
Learn more about the options of the Polynesian Monorail.
Tambu Lounge
- Keiki Lemonade: Lemonade: Pineapple, Passion Fruit, and Citrus
- Pomegranate Lemonade: Lemonade with Pomegranate and Lime Juices
- Watermelon Lemonade: Lemonade and Watermelon
Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto
This is a MUST visit while in Walt Disney World. Every drink includes something special within the bar. There is also a “Tiki Terrace” option, but keep in mind that it doesn’t include the full experience of the inside bar.
I highly recommend arriving 15 minutes before the bar opens to get on the wait list.
“Sam’s No-Booze Brews”
- Skipper Sipper: Tropical Juices, Organic Agave Nectar, Falernum, Mint, and fresh Lime Juice topped with Soda Water
- Schweitzer Falls: Tropical Juices and Sam’s Gorilla Grog topped with Sprite
- Polynesian Punch (zero-proof cocktail): Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit, Orange, Pineapple, Passionfruit, Guava, Hibiscus Ginger Beer, Soda Water
Wailulu Bar & Grill
Have a seat at the bar and enjoy the view!
- Zero-Proof Piña Colada: Lyre’s Cane Non-Alcoholic Spirit, Coconut Cream, Pineapple Juice, Lime
Is the Polynesian Resort on your bucket list? I have a full Polynesian review with everything you need to know from dining to rooms, amenities and more.
Once you have savored the feelings of the Polyneisian Village Resort, it’s time to hop back on the Monorail and head towards the Grand Floridian.
Grand Floridian
If this is your first time, the Grand Floridian is a stunning resort. It’s quintessential Disney in my opinion. This is another resort where it would be worth it to grab a drink and wander the property, especially during Christmas time!
Enchanted Rose Lounge
- Garden Spritzer: Seedlip Garden 108 Herbal Distilled Non-alcoholic Spirit, Lime, Agave, and Soda
- B&B: Fresh Brewed Iced Tea, Lemon, Blueberry, and Basil
- Rosemary Cooler: Lemonade, Vanilla, and Rosemary
Beaches Pool Bar & Grill
Also served at the Courtyard Pool Bar.
- Lava Smoothie: Raspberry Purée blended with flavors of Coconut and Pineapple
Citricos Lounge
I LOVE the vibes of this lounge area! You can also order off of the Citricos menu while at one of the lounge tables as well.
- Purple Penguin: Pineapple, Mango-Guava, Lemon, Lavender, Grenadine, House-made Seltzer. I am obsessed with this one! It used to be served in a penguin, which was adorable, but no matter what, it’s still one of my favorite drinks on property!
- Sparkling Grapefruit Soda: House-made Grapefruit Syrup, Florida Honey, House-made Seltzer.
- Old Fashioned Orange Soda Float: Handcrafted orange syrup, House-made seltzer and Vanilla Bean Ice cream.
- Paradise Punch: Melted Sugar, Caribbean Spices, Strawberry, Vanilla Bean, Orgeat (Almond), Cranberry, Citrus.
Once you have completed your crawl around the Monorail resorts, hop back on the Monorail towards Magic Kingdom (or walk if you are open to it!). As a bonus, you can take a boat from Magic Kingdom to Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness Campground & Cabins.
Wilderness Lodge has one of my absolute favorite bars on Disney property, so I suggest heading there next.
Check out the section below to find out more.

Other Resort Bars Near Magic Kingdom
In addition to the amazing resorts mentioned above on the Monorail loop, these additional resorts are also nearest to Magic Kingdom, and two are easy to access from Magic Kingdom via boats.
Wilderness Lodge
This resort isn’t talked about enough! It’s in a great location, has a beautiful property and, as mentioned, one of the best views from a bar on Disney property. You can get here via boat from Magic Kingdom or Fort Wilderness.
However, mocktail options are limited!
Geyser Point Bar & Grill
This is it- the 2nd best view of Disney property (only after the view from the new Poly Tower because you have a great view of Cinderella’s Castle)
The only thing I don’t love is the lack of actual “mocktails”, options are limited here, but to me, it’s worth it for the view.
- Lava Smoothie: Raspberry Purée blended with flavors of Coconut and Pineapple. I love this from any bar on Disney property where it’s served!
- Strawberry Smoothie
- Blue Sky Organic Root Beer
- Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Territory Lounge
There are currently NO mocktail options here as of April 2025.
Fort Wilderness
Fort Wilderness is huge, and offers the cheapest accommodation on Disney World property…because it’s a campsite! Have you ever thought about camping in Disney? This is the spot for you! They also have really nice, newly renovated cabins as well.
Crockett’s Tavern Bar
- Pink Spritzer: Lyre’s Pink London Non-Alcoholic Spirit, Grapefruit, Soda, pomegranate Green Tea, Lime and Mint
- Agave Garden: Lyre’s Agave Reserva Spirit, Cold-pressed Lime Juice, Passionfruit-Papaya Green Rea, and Cucumber
- No-Jito: Mint, Lime Juice, and Soda Water
- Watermelon Lemonade: Lemonade and Watermelon
Shades of Green is another Disney resort near the Magic Kingdom, though it is a resort strictly for Military personnel.
Disney Mocktail Crawl on the Skyliner
Another great transportation option in Disney World is the Skyliner! It can take you between multiple resorts, as well as Hollywood Studios and Epcot. This is a winner for us!
Art of Animation and Pop Century are both value resorts, which usually means less amenities, and we have found that to be the case with mocktail offerings, though they do have a few options!
Art of Animation
The Drop Off Pool Bar
- Lava Smoothie: Raspberry Purée blended with flavors of Coconut and Pineapple. I love this from any bar on Disney property where it’s served!
- Strawberry Smoothie
Pop Century

- Strawberry Smoothie
Caribbean Beach
This is where it starts to get good on the Skyliner! I love a lot of the options here at Caribbean Beach.
Banana Cabana
- Tropical Storm: Frozen Colada with Pineapple, Coconut and Mango. I’m a fan of this one!
- The Peachcomber: Fruity mixture of Orange, Lemon and Peach topped with Soda Water (this is basically a virgin Fuzzy Naval)
- Bubbles of the Sea: Sweet Green Tea, Lemon Juice, Pineapple, and Guava topped with Boba Pearls and a splash of Shimmer. This was a bit too sweet for my tastes, but was delicious to others in our group!
Riviera Resort
Bar Riva
- Mediterranean Mint Lemonade: Lemonade, Honey, Mint
- Hibiscus Coconut Soda: Hibiscus, Coconut, Honey, Strawberry, and Soda Water

Tips for a Disney Mocktail Crawl
- Know how to get onto the Disney resort property. If you are driving between resorts, you will need either a Resort accommodation reservation or a resort dining reservation to drive onto the property and park. Because of this, if you are focusing on the bar crawl, you will likely want to use Disney transportation rather than driving between resorts. You can either drive to Disney Springs and take a resort bus from there, or drive to Hollywood Studios (you may have to pay) and hop on the Skyliner, or the transportation and ticket center (Magic Kingdom- and potentially paid) and hop on the Monorail.
- Understand Disney Transportation options. As mentioned in the last point, Disney transportation is likely the best bet to get around the resorts for your Disney mocktail crawl.
- Look at the menus. Many resorts offer the same few zero-proof options, so keep that in mind. You may not have a variety if you go to resorts with all the same drink choices.
- Zero-proof vs Mocktails. A zero-proof cocktail and a mocktail may seem similar, but they have distinct differences. A mocktail is a non-alcoholic drink designed to mimic traditional cocktails, often using fruit juices, sodas, and syrups. It’s typically sweet and simple, making it a fun option for anyone avoiding alcohol. On the other hand, a zero-proof cocktail is a more sophisticated, crafted beverage that mimics the complexity of an alcoholic cocktail but without the alcohol. These drinks often incorporate non-alcoholic spirits, bitters, and fresh ingredients to create a balanced and elevated drinking experience. While both are alcohol-free, zero-proof cocktails aim to offer a refined alternative to traditional cocktails, while mocktails are usually more playful and juice-based.
