Best Quick Service Restaurants in Epcot | Disney World

It’s no secret that our family loves Epcot! It’s our go-to park for many reasons and where we find ourselves most often. From the delicious festival options to the fun entertainment in each country and the thrill rides to the calm rides for the whole family, it’s a blast! One of our favorite things, though, is the amazing quick service restaurants in Epcot! We aren’t always ready for a full-on sit-down meal (though we would pick Epcot for a table service experience, too!), and the quick options here are excellent!

Hi there! Just a heads up- if you click on a link within this post I may receive a small commission from affiliate links. I appreciate your support of To Travel & Beyond and hope to bring you great recommendations for many years to come!

EPCOT is known for its diverse culinary options, and the park’s quick service restaurants are no exception! These spots let you enjoy incredible international flavors, often in beautiful settings that match the theme of each World Showcase pavilion or Future World neighborhood. Here’s a guide to all of the quick service restaurants in Epcot, including dining options, with insights on the food, theme, and location to make planning your visit easier!

Something I love about Disney park quick-service restaurant options is the ability to mobile order! You can place an order from your phone then head to the pick-up window when you get an alert that it’s ready. I love this option, especially when we truly just want a quick bite or a time to take a break from standing in lines.

I’m also a fan of the coffee spots all over the park, so those are included in the list below as well!

All About The Disney Dining Plan

Before diving in, I want to include details about the current Disney dining plan options. There are a few scenarios to think through to determine if it’s the best option for your family. These plans are meant to help guests prepay for meals and snacks in the Walt Disney World resort.

These plans are available to guests staying at Disney Resort hotels and provide flexibility for dining across the parks, resorts, and Disney Springs.

Are you looking for the full Walt Disney World experience?

Check out the Disney page to learn more about navigating the parks, all the best snacks, planning an ideal Disney day & more!

Quick-Service Dining Plan

  • The Quick-Service Dining Plan is designed for guests who want convenient, fast meals without needing reservations or table service. It’s ideal for families and guests who prefer a more casual dining experience.
  • What’s Included:
    • 2 Quick-Service Meals per person, per night of stay
    • 1 Snack per person, per night of stay
    • 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person, valid for unlimited refills at any resort beverage station
  • Types of Meals: Quick-service meals include entrées and beverages at counter-service restaurants. These meals are available across all four parks, resorts, and Disney Springs.

Standard Dining Plan

  • The Standard Dining Plan provides a mix of quick-service and table-service options, giving guests the flexibility to enjoy both casual and sit-down meals. It’s a great choice for families who want a mix of on-the-go dining and the occasional sit-down restaurant.
  • What’s Included:
    • 1 Quick-Service Meal per person, per night of stay
    • 1 Table-Service Meal per person, per night of stay
    • 1 Snack per person, per night of stay
    • 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person, valid for unlimited refills at any resort beverage station
  • Types of Meals: Quick-service meals include entrées and beverages, while table-service meals typically cover an entrée, dessert, and beverage (or a full buffet where applicable). Guests can also use table-service credits for Disney Character Dining experiences, where characters visit tables for photos and autographs.

Deluxe Dining Plan

  • The Deluxe Dining Plan offers the most flexibility, allowing guests to enjoy multiple sit-down meals or signature dining experiences. With three meal credits per day, guests can mix and match table-service and quick-service meals as they wish.
  • What’s Included:
    • 3 Meals per person, per night of stay (can be either Quick-Service or Table-Service)
    • 2 Snacks per person, per night of stay
    • 1 Refillable Resort Mug per person, valid for unlimited refills at any resort beverage station
  • Types of Meals: Each meal credit can be used for either quick-service or table-service options, making this plan highly customizable. It’s ideal for guests who want to experience Disney’s fine dining and signature restaurants, including multi-course meals.

Additional Details for All Plans

  • Snacks: Snacks include items like ice cream bars, popcorn, bottled drinks, coffee, and more, available throughout the parks and resorts.
  • Character Dining: Certain character dining experiences are covered under the table-service meal credits, though some premium dining events may require two credits.
  • Dining Credits: Dining credits are loaded onto guests’ MagicBands, room cards or My Disney Experience app, which can be scanned to redeem meals and snacks. Unused credits are valid until midnight on the day of checkout.

The Disney Dining Plan is a great way to simplify the dining experience, allowing guests to enjoy pre-paid meals while exploring a variety of dining options across Walt Disney World. However, I strongly recommend you take time to pre-plan and determine if dining plans are a good option for your family! It’s recommended to reserve table-service restaurants well in advance, as spots can fill up quickly!

Epcot Quick Service vs Table Service Restaurants

The Disney lingo about dining experiences are a bit different than other places, so I’ll explain a bit. Especially in Epcot!

  • Quick Service Restaurant
    • A quick service restaurant is a casual dining location where guests order food at a counter and then find a table on their own. These spots have a variety of seating areas—some are indoors with air conditioning, while others are outdoor or semi-covered.
    • Often includes full meals like burgers, rice bowls, pizzas, or other entrées, as well as sides and beverages.
    • Perfect for those wanting a relatively quick meal with a good selection of food without table service.
  • Quick Service Kiosk
    • Quick service kiosks are small stands or counters that offer a limited menu of snacks, drinks, or specific items like popcorn, ice cream, or pretzels. These are typically smaller than quick service restaurants, and they don’t have dedicated seating areas.
    • Limited menu, with fewer options than a quick service restaurant—usually focused on a few specific items.
    • Great for grabbing snacks or a quick refreshment on the go; minimal wait time, often with a convenient location in high-traffic areas.
  • Festival Booth
    • Festival booths are temporary dining stands that appear during EPCOT’s various festivals, like the Food & Wine Festival, Flower & Garden Festival, and Festival of the Arts. They’re scattered around the park, usually with outdoor seating nearby (but not always, you may find yourself eating on top of a trash can, which is the norm here!), and each booth has a specific theme, often linked to a particular country or culinary style. We do often find that the later in and the you may find a long line at specific booths with more popular menu options.
    • Typically offers small, sampler-sized portions and drinks to allow guests to try a variety of items without committing to a full meal.
    • Great for trying unique, limited-time items in a “tapas-style” experience. Ideal for EPCOT’s festival-goers who like to sample different flavors from around the world.
  • Table Service Restaurant
    •  A table service restaurant provides a sit-down dining experience with servers who take your order and bring your food to the table. These restaurants often require (and strongly recommend) advanced dining reservations due to their popularity, especially at Disney parks. Sometimes it’s nice to have a table service meal where you can sit down and chill for a little while without having to lift a finger and carry a tray of ice waters.
    • Typically includes a variety of entrées, appetizers, and desserts with more elaborate plating and diverse menu options than quick service spots.
    • Offers a relaxed, many with an immersive dining experience, often with themed decor, character dining, or unique settings. It’s ideal for guests wanting a break from walking and a chance to enjoy a longer more leisurely meal.

Each of these options caters to different needs and preferences, making it easy for visitors to enjoy a meal or snack that fits their schedule, budget, and taste. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick snack or a full dining experience, EPCOT has options for everyone!
