• Where We Stayed: Port Orleans Riverside

After giving you all the reasons you must stay on a Disney property, I figured it was time to share a glimpse into the resort we booked. Port Orleans Riverside was perfect in so many ways. I truly wish we had just one more day in Disney to take in all of the amenities our resort offered, but since we didn’t I am recapping even the awesome things that we only heard about or took a quick glimpse. In order to be totally transparent, there are two Port Orleans resorts- Riverside and French Quarter. We stayed at the Riverside resort mainly because the rooms availible looked nicer I believe it…

Spending A Day In Disneyland Paris: Walt Disney Studio

The second Disneyland park in Paris is Walt Disney Studios park, which is where we spent the second half of our day after Disneyland. We could tell right away that this was the park most updated. There were newer rides like Crush’s Adventure, sculptures of the Inside Out characters, and lots of Superheroes. Walt Disney Studios was also much smaller. There were a few big attractions and the a few play areas for children (or adults!). A smaller park was nice though, I appreciated being able to see all of both parks in one days time. Our first stop was The Tower of Terror, one of my favorite rides. We…

Spending A Day In Disneyland Paris: Disneyland

As you may have read last week, we made the trip to Disneyland Paris while we were on our honeymoon. We had a unconventional trip into the park, which you can read in my previous post. I had heard mixed reviews about this park- it was too far, too small, not enough to do, as well as- it had the Disney magic, great European influences, the perfect day trip. We decided that it was Disney, so it had to be nice and also why not see something we hadn’t seen before. We were actually able to get tickets for under 100 euros because our friends logged onto the website from…

    Our Journey To Disneyland Paris

(Just a warning, this is one of those days where my “lifestyle” blogging is going to happen. I will detail Disneyland Paris next week, this is just the crazy story that I still don’t fully believe about our journey to get to Disney) During our first trip to Paris we planned to make our way to Disneyland on our anniversary. During our 12 days in France, the only day it rained was on our anniversary…so we decided not to go. As soon as we got on the plane to come back to America, we decided that we would be back and we would go to Disneyland on our next trip.…

  • Fairtytales Do Come True…Kind Of

Last night was the season finale for Once Upon A Time, and I couldn’t be more excited by the ending. I was already in love with this show but after the final few seconds from last night, I am counting down the days until it comes back. For those of you who don’t watch Once Upon A Time (how can you not?!), it is a show about bringing fairytale characters to life in this day and age. All sorts of characters from Snow White to Peter Pan have had a storyline, and the coolest part is they intertwine together. It’s so awesome to see how everyone is connected. Before season…
